Pumpkin & Bacon Paleo Soup
Something my fiancé loves about the Paleo lifestyle is that you can eat Bacon! When i told him this, his eyes lit up! Of course I’d go for the free-range, nitrate free bacon and still use it as an occasional food but nonetheless any excuse for my fiancé to eat bacon will do for him! Annnnd it just goes perfectly with this pumpkin soup!
This recipe for Pumpkin and Bacon Paleo soup is by our gorgeous friend Emma from Paleo Pure, who is also the lady behind Easy Peasy Paleo. Emma has some delicious Paleo friendly recipes on her blog that she prepares for her growing family, including this soup! The delicious twist to this recipe is the Cranberry & Nutmeg Paleo Pure muesli topping! If you haven’t tried Paleo Pure yet, you simply must. It’s such a versatile muesli that you could sprinkle on soups, salads, yoghurt and fruit or even on top of your smoothies!
